How you can help

Volunteers are an invaluable asset to Employability Solutions and make an essential contribution to our work. We’re always looking for an extra pairs of hands to help us out with the work we do.

As an Employability Solutions volunteer, you will be helping us transform the lives of young people and to build resilient communities. To thank you for your time, we give back to you too; we help and assist all of our volunteers to access personalised programmes of personal development, coaching, mentoring and further learning based on individual need and circumstance.

We cover all out of pocket expenses for volunteers.

We are always looking for volunteers with the following skills:

  • Fundraising
  • Administration
  • Youth Work
  • Teaching
  • Cooking
  • Gardening

We also have a number of tasks, such as helping to cook for our young people at meal times, that we need assistance with. If you think that you have a skill that could help us and you are interested in volunteering, then please get in touch!
